Map control relay power opto-coupler outputs selectable 5 ref: relx5s-ca

This is a very simple circuit board that can control or power up to 5 accessories simultaneously from a positive or negative control even very low current but within a maximum voltage of 24Vdc.

The five outputs are fuse protected flipped independent and can be either in all or in any NO NF choice functions V + or V NO + NC for accessory power. Each output can be activated or deactivated by a switch with an LED indicator.

Thus it becomes very easy for example to control multiple sirens alarms, flashes, flashing lights, smoke, gas, etc.. with the same control while preventing the willful destruction (break) or accidental one or more connected accessories are not short-circuit the control panel. In addition, this card can be powered independently from the central to the accessories, which solves simultaneously the problem of connecting multiple sirens on the same plant, which is often not possible because the plants are always limited power supply and especially connections. Power relay (10A/125V) leaves a comfortable margin accessories supplied 5.

There are many other applications for this card that aims to simplify, optimize and secure installation. The fact of using an opto-coupler allows to use such an output for LED generally limited to 10 milli amps to control the relay.

More entries of the optocoupler being independent of that of the power control bit is either a positive control (+ CMD) with the inlet (CMD) to 0V or a negative command (CMD) with input (CMD +) at 12 V.
