There are several different detection techniques: Passive infrared detector (PIR): this type of detector senses all warm body movements. The detector transmit infrared rays and triggers the alarm when one or more of these beams are broken.

This infrared operates at a temperature situated between –20° and +60°C. The digital temperature compensation is made automatically. It is protected by an ABS box in case of fire.
