This unit consists of a highly technical DSP Microprocessor.
Please read carefully the following instructions to gain the best results from your tester.

1. Insert 6 AA/R6 type batteries for DC use or use the 12V adaptor.
2. Ensure there is no mouthpiece on the air inlet and switch on the unit. A beep-sound will be heard and a green light will indicate POWER ON.
The LCD will also blink.
3. When the battery power is low, a battery sign will appear on the LCD display.
4. Once the unit is switched on the LCD display will indicate WAIT. This will last for approximately two minutes. The unit will be going trough a self-cleaning process. The product can be operated once the READY sign appears and the tester beeps.
5. Insert a new or clean mouthpiece onto the air inlet of the unit, take a deep breath and blow through the mouthpiece continuously for 8 seconds.
Stop blowing when the COMPLETE sign is shown on the display.
6. The result will be shown on the display.
7. The light-key provides illumination for operating at night
8. Clean the mouthpiece after each use. Make sure the RESET button is pressed before each subsequent use. Repeat steps 2 – 6 before blowing into the tester.

9. When the unit has not been used for more than a week, it is of utmost importance for the unit to self-clean.


Wait 5 minutes before operating the tester if you have been smoking. Wait for 15 minutes after your last drink.
