Dimension 124x92x240mm . Weight 4,6Kg . Supply 10,5 to 30Vdc or 8 to 20Vac . Consumption 80mA (on 12Vdc) An infrared barrier is made up of two parts: the transmitter and the receiver. An infrared ray is emitted between the transmitter and the receiver and makes a beam. When this beam is cut, the cell sends a signal to a system (automatic gate motor, alarm system, chimes, automatic lighting, etc.). Rain, fog or bad weather hinder the propagation of the infrared rays and can reduce the maximum distance between transmitter and receiver by as much as half. For alarm use, it is recommended to double the beams which means doubling the number of infrared cells.
The I200 is a professional type infrared barrier. The infrared barrier rays are modulated on two different frequencies for greater security. Setting up the infrared barrier is made easier with a VU-meter and a sight equipped with a micrometer screw to obtain precise and definitive settings. It is made of lacquered metal, completely waterproof and has an anti vandal grid. Maximum distance between transmitter and receiver: 200m (recommended distance: from 100 to 150m). Output on NC 500mA dry contact.
